 Sport Specific Trainingiz training

Custom designed, sport specific programs for the competitive athlete with goals of improving overall performance in the rink, on the field, or on the court.  This athlete can expect coaching from a knowledgeable and experienced staff whose aim is to guide him or her toward gaining an inside edge on the competition.  Sessions will range from an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes depending on the athlete and time of year (off-season vs. in season).

Get FIT- Health and Fitness Training

Programs geared toward the individual who aims to energize his/her life.  It does not matter if the individual is out of shape, returning from injury, or is active looking to advance results and/or enhance his/her workout, Inside EDGE has the ability to help the client reach their goals.  Train like an athlete with an athlete in a private environment not found at a health club.  Sessions will range from 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes.

Programs are designed with the client’s goals and needs in mind.  Programs will include:

  • Weight room/fitness center education

  • Interval cardio routines
  • Functional strength exercises

Youth Training

Individualized programs designed to address the needs of younger athletes with the goal of building a strong foundation of skills and knowledge. Workouts are based on the fundamental idea that perfect practice makes perfect.  The focus of this offering is to promote a healthy lifestyle and enhance skill development.  Programs will run from 45 minutes to an hour.

Semi-private Training

Similar to personal training in that these clients will receive a fitness evaluation and an individualized workout plan.  Semi-private clients work in the gym with an average of six other semi-private training clients and one trainer.  Clients are responsible for counting reps and keeping track of sets.  Trainers offer coaching technique and form, as well as progression guidance and spotting.

Semi-private training is for sport specific clients and health and fitness clients alike.

Personal Training

Clients receive a fitness evaluation and an individualized workout plan.  This type of training is a one-to-one trainer to client ratio.  The trainer will exclusively guide and motivate this individual from the start to the finish of his/her workout.

Personal training is available for sport specific and health and fitness clients alike.

Group Training

Gather a group of three to six teammates, friends, colleagues, etc. and work in a group atmosphere.  This option will utilize partner and group exercises in addition to instruction on proper spotting techniques.  This can be whatever type of training you like.

Team Training

Training designed for groups of six or more looking to increase performance.  The focus of this program is to encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, develop character, as well as gain a physical edge over the competition.  Teams will work as both individuals and as groups to complete exercises.  This offering aims to establish bonds that foster teamwork, and open lines of communication by encouraging athletes to push and encourage one another.  Programs will run from 45 minutes to an hour.
